As an acrylic landscape painter, my work plays with the tension between the desire to linger in the beauty of a moment versus the anticipation that begs us to move on, to discover where will this take me?
The fragmented geology of Southeastern Tennessee serves as the backdrop for my landscape paintings. I tease out and exaggerate nature with vibrant colors and my brushwork plays with movement and the energy of nature.
